Public Reviews and Privacy
We welcome your feedback to improve our services. Patients who wish to provide public reviews may do so independently. Please note, this is not a request for a patient testimonial or review from any OBC clinician and is a matter of patient choice.
We will not penalize you or restrict your care for leaving any honest review, including a negative one.
If you are an employee, officer, contractor, or family member of an Optum Behavioral Care employee, and also leaving a review based on your own patient care experience, you must disclose your relationship to Optum Behavioral Care in your review (e.g., ‘I am also an employee of this company’).
Important Privacy Notice: Please protect your personal health information. We encourage you to share your experience and recommend that you do not include specific details about your diagnosis, treatment, medications, therapist’s clinical recommendations, or other personal health information in your public review. Public reviews on Google are visible to anyone and cannot be removed by Optum Behavioral Care. Due to HIPAA, we cannot respond to reviews in a way that confirms or discloses any information about your care.
