The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy provides evidence-based, compassionate mental health care for children, teens and adults. Our team uses proven approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence, substance use, relationship and family challenges, grief, stress and behavioral difficulties.
