2025 Outcome Studies

Our 2025 Outcomes Studies signal that our Organization continues to perform strongly across key measures which include effectiveness, efficiency, service access, client satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and stakeholder feedback. Overall results reveal a steady, high-performance organization with demonstrated quality outcomes and strong external confidence among our clients and stakeholders.

While our performance around access remains strong, we continue to assess access to our services. Similarly, we will continue to monitor clinical effectiveness for all populations to continue our strong clinical effectiveness and improve outcome measures where appropriate. Optimizing the utilization of our facilities to strengthen sustainability and building upon our already remarkably strong external confidence among our clients and stakeholders are also part of our 2026 plans. All of the aforementioned activities are consistent with our 2026 Strategic Plan objectives.
