Uses structured exercises and strategies to help individuals better understand and manage unhelpful thoughts and emotions.

Trauma-focused therapies

Help individuals process painful experiences, reduce the impact of trauma, and feel safer and more in control.

Psychodynamic therapy

Helps individuals achieve personal growth and positive change by exploring how past experiences influence the way they think, feel and relate to others.
