Eugene Therapy provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling for children, teens and adults, as well as couples and families, in Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding areas. Our licensed therapists work with you to address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges and other mental health concerns. We offer flexible appointments to make connecting with a therapist simple and accessible.
