About us

About us
North Carolina Center for Resiliency provides trauma-focused mental health care that addresses the mind and body. Our licensed therapists use evidence-based talk therapy alongside somatic and psychobiological approaches to support emotional, relational and physiological balance. We offer individual counseling, collaborative care with medical providers, and guidance on lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise and mindfulness.

Our services are designed to help you understand your body’s signals, build coping skills, and restore a sense of safety and coherence in daily life. Sessions are available in-person and via telehealth visits to meet your needs.
North Carolina Center for Resiliency
