Tides of Mind Counseling provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, teens and adults in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our licensed therapists offer individual, couples and family therapy with in-person, home and telehealth options.

We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges and other mental health concerns, tailoring care to your unique needs. Services are culturally informed and multilingual, with providers available who speak English, Spanish, Greek and Hebrew. Our team works collaboratively to help create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, strengthen coping skills and improve well-being.
