Urban Counseling Collective of Oregon provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, teens and adults. Our licensed therapists offer individual, family and couples counseling tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our team treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions and more. Psychiatric medication providers are also available for evaluation and medication management as part of a coordinated, individualized treatment plan. Telehealth and in-person sessions are offered.

We help create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for each individual and emphasize culturally responsive care, including support for individuals from diverse racial, ethnic and LGBTQ+ communities.
